THE TRUE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

December for most of us is the happiest month of the year. Why?,because it is during this time that we celebrate the birth of  Jesus.
Christmas is the day when Christians remember the birth of Christ. Everyone wants Christmas to be meaningful.Christmas is definitely the season of receiving gifts from our relatives, friends, love ones, specially from our parents, ninongs and ninangs. There are many christmas symbols and customs originated from pagan traditions. For example, the Christmas tree is a symbol of Christ giving his life for love and humankind. But the true essence of Christmas relies not on the gifts that we received, but on the love and unity that each one of us should be build.
Love one another, forgive and forget, and start a new relationship with them.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

Every individual has their own rights. The right to be born, to live, to be free and many more rights that will protect us from any violent actions.
All of us were born in this world equally. Equal opportunity is a controversial decision-making standard without a precise definition. The essence of the equality of opportunity is that all people should be treated similarly. Like for example, having a jobs that should go to the most qualified persons that can perform ably in a given task and not to the persons for arbitrary or irrelevant reasons such as friendship ties to whoever is in power, etc.
There are no specialization or anything in this world, because God created us equally.

Responding to Climate Change

Nowadays, we can feel the changes of the weather that really affects our environment and us. And as we all know, this changes is what we call "Climate Change". It is a change in the statistical property of the climate system when considered over long periods of time, regardless of cause.
Climate change caused by human activity that may have resulted as part of Earth's natural processes. Climate changes in response to changes in global energy balance. On the broadest scale, the rate at w/c energy is received from the Sun and the rate at w/c is lost to space determine the equilibrium temperature and climate of Earth. This energy is then distributed around the globe by winds, ocean current of and other to affect the climate of the diff. regions.

Reflection

Second grading period was very interesting and fun for me, because everytime we enter in the computer room, there is an activity waiting for us that needs to be done.I have learned how to use and apply the different tags and how it is used, but before that there are tags that we need to follow first like the <html>, <head>,<title> and the <body>.
Sometimes we cannot avoid to encounter problems while doing the activity like what would be the right tags to put or insert in the notepad, but through the help of my classmates I made my it correctly.
Moving on, I am expecting to do and learn more different tags this third grading period.

Chemergy: Chemistry and Science Club in Synergy

Chemistry is the science of atomic matter(matter that is composed of chemical elements),especially its chemical reactions, but also including its properties, structure, composition, behavior and changes as they relate chemical reactions.
Science and Chemistry combines each other it becomes synergy meaning "working together", that defined as two or more things functioning together to produce a result not independently obtainable.

Promoting Digital Literacy Through English Proficiency

Digital literacy is the ability to find, evaluate, utilize, share and create content using information technologies and the internet.
Digital literacy is very important because technology is changing faster than society is. The same advances that enhance leisure to make our work easier and faster, those that make it possible for us to search online databases, text friends and stream media, also present urgent challenges to the social norms and legal framework that structure our society.
Technologies are very useful not only for our own interest but it helps us in many ways like in our studies, work and many more.

"My Teacher, My Hero"

Our teachers, one of the most hardworking professionals. They try to do their best to teach us everything we need to know. They give their best without expecting a reward.
Teachers are our second parents and our good friends, because they also advise and guide us in the right direction. They comfort us in times of sadness or disappointments. They rejoice during our happy times and victories. Our teachers responsibilities do not end when classes are over. They have a lot of paper works. At home, they have sleepless nights reading more books to increase their knowledge and prepare for the next lesson. They think of ways and means to make their teaching strategies more interesting and useful for their students.
Indeed, I owe our beloved teachers, our respect and love, for the efforts they take to help young people, like us, cope with life. They deserve our respect and appreciation for the many wonderful achievements we earn through their efforts. Next to our parents, teachers are the best thing that could ever have happened to us.
